North Houston Maternity Photographer – Erin and Dustin’s Pregnancy Announcement

It’s springtime in Texas, and as every Texan knows, springtime signifies the start of wildflowers blooming; particularly the beautiful state flowers known as bluebonnets. Even with the unpredictable weather in Texas, the bluebonnets really bloomed stunningly this year, and the fields did not disappoint. I absolutely love the newness of spring, and love documenting the new seasons of my client’s lives. There’s something about spring that fits so well with maternity sessions. I absolutely love being a North Houston Maternity Photographer during this exciting season!

Erin contacted me because she wanted to do a fun pregnancy announcement along with her husband Dustin. Bluebonnets have a very special meaning to her, and we were lucky to be able to incorporate them into her and Dustin’s announcement. This couple was so sweet, with a great sense of humor to match, and I had a blast with them during their session! I had a good laugh when they pulled out the book “How to Tell Your Cat You’re Pregnant” as a photo prop, along with an adorable custom onesie. I am so excited for the journey Erin and Dustin are about to embark on, and am honored that I was able to be a small part in this new season of their life. Now that the “cat is out of the bag” I can share their joy with all of you!
